BBS is creating yeast that do incredible things. Our strains produce unique flavor profiles - floral, citrus, fruity, tropical, and herbal - that will allow brewers to develop their next favorite beer. Check out what we’ve got in our bag of tricks.

How it works

In traditional brewing, yeast turns sugar into beer, and hops add floral, citrus, and fruity flavors. At BBS, we engineer yeast to add these flavors too, by taking genes from nature and adding them to brewer’s yeast.
